YouTube made it easier to upload our videos by choosing a video just dragging and dropping them into video box indicator. You can still upload multi videos and watch each video being uploaded.
It’s a bit odd that the feature doesn’t perhaps support Safari and Opera, both of which are fairly HTML5-friendly, but it’s a nice time saver for serious YouTube users in any case.

Uploading now will be easier. But I’m sad they changed the annotations section a bit. It has extra features now, but not as convieint as before
