10 Beautiful Wallpapers to Support Earth Hour 2011


Earth Hour is a global event organized by WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) on last Saturday of March every year, asking households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and other electrical appliances for one hour or sixty minutes to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change. In 2007, on Earth Hour 2.2 million residents of Sydney participated by turning off all non-essential lights. Other countries adopted this event from 2008.

Earth Hour 2011 will take place tonight (March 26, 2011) from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., at participants’ respective local time.  So we need all your support for Earth Hour 2011 by switching off the lights for one hour tonight from 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
