Nemo Documents is a free file manager that lets you organize your files in Calendar style. This is totally a new file managing concept. This tool arranges your files by their last edited date and time. It sorts your documents in folders according to its preferred access. It can involve all recognized formats like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, PDF, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, images, videos, archives, etc.

Windows 7 can has similar feature where it bundle search results by month, but now WinXP and Vista users can get this and additional views with the file manager. You’ll find multiple type of documents in the main navigator. These documents include PDFs, Text documents, Audio files, Spreadsheets, Presentation files, and more. Click the add button to add more indexed directories.
Another cool thing is that you can tag or label files, regardless of the file type. You can do this from the right-click menu. Usually, you can only add tags to Microsoft documents, JPEG images and nothing else in Windows Explorer. However Nemo documents extends this features for most of the file types. It includes other options like Open, Copy, Start File, and Properties.
This tiny app sits silently in the system tray. You can bring it up to view or search the documents. You could be more productive and efficient by mapping documents in a calendar. Nemo Documents is compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.
