Compete, a search analytics firm, recently released a list of the top 50 websites for the month of April 2011 according to the number of unique visitors. 

Notable changes include NYTimes.com, which saw unique visitors (UVs) decline during its first full month behind a paywall. Among video sharing websites, ustream.tv registered the maximum growth in terms of unique visitors while traffic to deal website Groupon grew more than 655% since the past year.
