To Install Google +1 WordPress Plugin:

1. Download the plugin file
2. Unzip the file into a folder on your hard drive
3. Upload the /wpmu-dev-plusone/ folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder on your site
4. On regular WordPress installs – visit Plugins and Activate the plugin.
5. For WordPress Multisite installs – Activate it blog-by-blog, or visit Network Admin -> Plugins and Network Activate the plugin.

To add the Google+1 Widget to your sidebar go to Appearance > Widgets. and to customize the location of the +1 button, its appearance and what content it’s included with, go to Settings > Google +1.
