F-Secure has launched a new security application specifically for keeping your Facebook account and PC safe. More specifically, it aims to keep your wall and news feeds free of spam and those malicious links that get posted regularly.
Interface
The application interface page is made up of a dashboard and Top links feed. From the ‘Top links’ tab you can see the top links for Facebook and select the category from the list to see the top link from that specific category. The top link is determined on the basis of likes it has received.
The ‘news Feed’ tab will list out the scanned result of links that has been shared by your friends and ‘My wall’ shows the scanned result of links shared by yourself.
Rewards
To encourage users to use Sharesafe, it has offered badges and rewards to the users. The reward points are calculated on the basis of sharing safe links, for clicks and “likes” generated by those links, and making friends to join ShareSafe.
