I guess Text messaging is very pervasive enough alright, but there cannot be an effective ‘call for action’ with text messages. We are very much limited to a few words. Unlike email lists, there is no ‘opt out’ for those unnecessary text messages that we get on our phone. I like the way SMS’s have been used by innovative means to solve real problems. But those are few and rare. Its spamming that goes on un-checked in the mobile messaging world.
