How to Schedule Your Emails in Gmail

Internet is now part of everyone’s life. An email is a more professional way to talk to clients, instead of talking over the phone or sending text messages. I prefer Gmail over email service for several issues. However it lacks some features like scheduling your emails.

RightInbox is a free Chrome and Firefox extension that was made specifically for Gmail to fix this issue. This article will help you to schedule your email delivery using RightInbox.

First download RightInbox for Chrome or Firefox and then give permission to install browser extension. Once installed, you will get another popup to confirm the app to access gmail data. Click Install to finish installation. After this you will find “Send Later” button while composing your email in Gmail.

When you’ve written your email and clicked “Send Later”, you’re shown some default options like scheduling it to send in 1, 2, or 4 hours as well as sending it tomorrow “morning” or “afternoon”.

You can also choose a specific date and time to send an email at a specific time and with timezone as optional field. Although it is optional, timezone is every important if you’re sending it to someone overseas.

Overall the app is lightweight and definitely worth installing and you might start seeing faster responses from the people you’re emailing if you start thinking about the best time to fire that important message off.
