Google’s offering includes straightforward setup of multiple choice questions, point-scale rankings, and more, but also promises to pay websites that present surveys to their visitors.
The below video offers more details about the Consumer Survey product.
A Monetization Source for Web Publishers
With Consumer Surveys, Google wants to create a model that benefits everyone. The readers get to keep enjoying favorite online content, businesses have a new way of finding out what their customers want and at the same time publishers have an additional option for making money from that content.
If you’re a web publisher, then you have an opportunity to use this product to make money online. The company creating the survey will pay Google $0.10 per response (for a general survey) or $0.50 per response for a demographically targeted survey.

These surveys can be embedded on your website and Google will pay the web publisher a commission each time a visitor completes the survey. Google has put up an online form for publishers who wish to apply for the Consumer Survey Program.
